Gardening is one of our greatest passions and we constantly
strive to better ourselves year on year. The Hotel le Domaine aux
Quat'Saisons’ garden offers 2 acres of landscaped Mediterranean gardens hosting
many varieties of perennials, shrubs and trees with a pond and a fountain as the
gardens’ focal point. All plants have been specially selected to withstand the long hot summers and
dry conditions.
Hotel vineyard There are more than 150 vines; vines are more than 80 years old and a delicious crop is to be had in August/September. In addition we have mature olive and fig trees and these produce an abundant crop each year.
