Hotel le Domaine aux Quat'Saisons Hotel garden Gardening is one of our greatest passions and we constantly strive to better ourselves year on year. The Hotel le Domaine aux Quat'Saisons’ garden offers 2 acres of landscaped Mediterranean gardens hosting many varieties of perennials, shrubs, bulbs and trees with a pond, pergola and a fountain as the gardens’ focal point. All plants have been specially selected to withstand the long hot summers and dry conditions and include many Mediterranean specialities as well as plants form California, Arizona, Mexico, South Africa and Australia.The garden is 100 % organic and Le Domaine recycles all of its kitchen and organic debris to provide compost for the gardens.
